Política de reembolso

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any requests for return after the 3 days may only be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the business owner.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be especially careful when trying shoes on for size to only wear them on a carpet or rug to avoid marking the soles. 

To start a return, you can contact us at pavilionparade@joanneflemingdesign.com with subject line 'Return Request'. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items are returned at your own cost (using an approved insured trackable service) unless by prior agreement, so please do not order several items intending to keep only one (this is not sustainable for a small enterprise such as this). Once accepted, returns need to be shipped back within 3 days of date of return request acceptance, unless by prior agreement.

Please note that international returns can be complicated and expensive, so best avoided by ensuring you clearly understand what you are ordering. It is essential that returned items are designated as such in the return paperwork with the courier company. Failure to do this will result in the returned items being treated as a regular import by customs officials at the border and will likely incur expensive import taxes. These will be deducted from your refunded amount along with the shipping charges, so please ensure all paperwork is correct.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

'Damage' does not include any minor marks to the surface of the textiles used in the construction of pieces from the Signature Collection of shoes, or the Brighton Bohemian Garment Collection. As noted in the description of each pair of Pavilion Parade Signature shoes or Brighton Bohemian silk or wool pieces, antique and vintage textiles have been used, so they may show some minor signs of their prior lives....this is entirely consistent with the ethos of the brand, and they should not be seen as flaws. Please carefully examine the images attached to each listing as these form part of the item description, and feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned such as designs from the Recherché Collection, which are custom made for the client, but may be exchanged for another item of similar value (or a credit voucher) at the discretion of the business owner. Custom orders cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for another pair of the same or higher value at the discretion of the business owner. For this reason it is essential you ask any questions before placing your order, I am always happy to help with any queries or concerns you may have so you can be confident you know what you will be getting before ordering. 

Pieces from the Brighton Bohemian collection of silk dresses and wool robes can not be returned or exchanged if the length has been adjusted at the studio at your request. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchased item  please contact us within 3 days of arrival to agree the terms of the exchange before sending back your item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the cost of the item returned. In addition, for international shipments, any import taxes incurred at the UK border as a result of incorrect paperwork by the returner will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
