Items from the 'Signature' , ‘Vestments' and ‘Sautoir’ collections are in stock and are usually shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order, but if that is not possible for any reason you will be notified by email and given the option of a refund.

Custom orders are made to order and are subject to an 8 -10 week lead time prior to shipping so please be aware of this. If you require an order urgently please contact us prior to placing order to see if we can shorten this lead time by special arrangement. 

Domestic orders within the UK are shipped fully tracked and signed for via Royal Mail Special Delivery or another RM tracked service

International orders are shipped via a tracked signed for service provided by Royal Mail. The stated delivery time is 5-13 days, but it should be noted that this is an aimed for delivery time and is not guaranteed, occasionally taking significantly longer, depending on the destination country.

 Please be aware that international orders may incur taxes and import duty at point of entry to your country for which you will be solely liable. You will be notified by the relevant shipping contractor if that is the case, with information on how to pay. Customers from the EU should pay special attention to this clause as you are likely to face additional charges which currently seem to be rather difficult to assess in advance.

Special Notice for US customers; As of 29th August 2025 new tariffs came into effect on all imports into the US. Additionally, the previous $800 ‘de minimis rule’ has been abolished, meaning that duties are payable on ALL items, regardless of value. 
For your convenience, and to ensure prompt delivery, the duties on each order are included in the USA shipping fee applied at checkout and are pre-paid on dispatch so your order will not be held up on arrival at the border. These prepaid duties are NOT eligible for refund by the retailer should the item be returned.
